Terms and Conditions for Becoming a Retail Partner
- By applying to become a retail partner with White Buffalo Farm Co, LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Retail Partner Eligibility
- You must be a valid, registered business entity with a physical or online retail presence.
- All information provided in the retailer intake form must be accurate and up-to-date.
Product Display and Branding
- Retail partners agree to display White Buffalo Farm Co, LLC products in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Custom displays may be provided upon request, subject to mutual agreement and specific retail space requirements.
- Retail partners are not permitted to modify or alter product branding, labels, or packaging.
Order Requirements and Pricing
- Minimum order quantities may apply and will be communicated during the onboarding process.
- Pricing and wholesale rates are confidential and subject to change with prior notice.
- Retail partners agree not to sell White Buffalo Farm Co, LLC products below the minimum advertised price (MAP) unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms will be outlined in the retailer agreement upon approval.
- Late payments may be subject to penalties or suspension of future orders.
Product Resale
- Products are intended for resale through the approved retail location(s) only and may not be redistributed to third parties or sold via unauthorized channels.
- Online sales through your business’s e-commerce platform are permitted with prior approval.
Returns and Damaged Goods
- Damaged or defective products must be reported at the time of delivery for replacement or credit.
- Returns for unsold products are not accepted unless agreed upon in writing.
Marketing and Promotions
- Retail partners are encouraged to participate in co-branded marketing efforts, including promotions, in-store events, and social media campaigns.
- Any use of White Buffalo Farm Co, LLC branding, imagery, or logos must be pre-approved.
Termination of Partnership
- Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days’ written notice.
- White Buffalo Farm Co, LLC reserves the right to terminate the partnership immediately for breach of terms, non-payment, or unauthorized product use.
Confidentiality
- Retail partners agree to maintain the confidentiality of pricing, wholesale terms, and any proprietary information shared by White Buffalo Farm Co, LLC.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as outlined in the formal retailer agreement.
Agreement to Terms
- By submitting the retailer intake form, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that approval as a retail partner is at the sole discretion of White Buffalo Farm Co, LLC.
